Film writer/director Omar Mouallem travels throughout rural Alberta in search of the story behind Burger Baron, a local fast-food chain with mysterious origins and a cult-like following. Mouallem, who is also an heir to the fast-food chain, discovers how hundreds of immigrants like his parents made a life for their families at the Burger Baron despite its many challenges and dysfunctions.
