While the entire DocFest team is working hard to finalize preparations for 2025, our 14th annual festival, the team have prepared this trailer of the full selection of the great films coming to DocFest February – 21st to 23rd 2025!
The 2025, 14th Annual Belleville Downtown DocFest will be entirely in-person and will include fan favourites like our Gala Film and Concert at The Empire Theatre, a Saturday night feature, and screenings throughout the weekend.
Early Bird Weekend Festival Passes are only $65 and include the Friday Night Gala, all films and filmmaker Q&A’s (excludes the Saturday, February 22 evening event).
Friday Night Gala Passes are $45 – the 2025 Gala will feature the music documentary Paul Anka: His Way followed by a live concert at The Empire Theatre by multi-platinum recording artist Ryan Malcolm – More information about the Gala here.
This year, we are also thrilled to have announced a special event on Saturday Night (February 22nd) at The Belleville Theatre Guild – Presenting: The Tragically Hip: No Dress Rehearsal – followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker Mike Downie. Passes for this special event are sold seperately for $40.00. Your pass purchase for the Saturday night event will support the work of the Community Development Council of Quinte whose services aim to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life and health in our community.
