The story of Brian Jones, who along with Jagger and Richards, was an original member of the Rolling Stones. Jones’ important early contributions to the band are documented using contemporary media, previously unseen archival footage, and candid interviews with band-mate Bill Wyman and others in the group’s inner circle. Underlying these often-warm recollections is Jones’ tragic self-destructive character and increasingly erratic behaviour that got him fired from the band in 1969 only a few weeks before he died.
