Growing up in a small Quebec town, sisters Eisha and Seema decide to start dieting together. But for Eisha the apparently harmless commitment leads to anorexia which threatens her very life.

Years later, looking back on the troubled girl she once was, Eisha tries to understand what happened while reflecting on body image and self-acceptance among young girls.
