Belleville United Churches banded together this October to commemorate World Food Day and commissioned this video to look at the local impact of food insecurity and related issues of homelessness and addictions. These issue have gripped our City yet there is incredible work being done to feed and care for our neighbours in need. Hunger at Home showcases a number local organizations and the work that they do and the people they serve. The film takes a hard look at the reality of the situation which has grown drastically worse since the Pandemic. Yet those doing this work share a universal optimism and hope.
