We are thrilled at the prospect of connecting with our incredible audiences as we return, once again, live and in-person to present our Gala Feature and Live Concert at the Historic Empire Theatre in Downtown Belleville, on Friday, February 21st at 7pm – we hope to see you there!
Following the tradition of our DocFest Gala film selections, we’ve selected Paul Anka: His Way, a feature film all about making incredible music. Once again, we are also very pleased to announce that the Gala film will be followed by a live concert performance (performer TBA – coming soon) on the Empire Theatre stage!

The Gala film selection for the 14th annual 2025 festival is Paul Anka: His Way, an intimate portrait of a Canadian music icon, member of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Grammy Award winner. The film recounts the events and influences that shaped his remarkable journey from teen idol to chart-topping songwriter.
