Saturday Night Feature Film Selection

The Tragically Hip: No Dress Rehearsal (Part 1:
Looking For A Place To Happen)

A comprehensive exploration of The Tragically Hip’s rise, impact and enduring influence. The first episode is an enlightening story of five high school friends who set out to rock one small town after another in the 1980s.

This homage to one of Canada’s biggest bands will satisfy die hard fans and show those unfamiliar with ‘the Hip’ why their work matters so deeply.

“a definitive look at the Hip, tracking the band from its genesis in school dances and Kingston pubs, through hit albums, massive tours, and a 2016 farewell that brought Canada to tears”, Pat Mullen, POV Magazine
