An uplifting investigation of our will to live. 100 UP follows a group of colourful 100+ year olds from around the world who philosophize about their long lives. While they have witnessed major historical events and overcome personal tragedies including the deaths of their own children, they remain active and curious with a focus on the future.

Their deteriorating bodies do not stop them from continuing to live life to the fullest. These active, curious and creative 100+ year olds are amazingly good at restarting every new day.
